Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Community Midwifery program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 5 Credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in not more than two (2) sittings.
- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
- Valid Community Nursing License issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possess a Secondary School Testimonial and Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
- Provide a Recommendation Letter from a recognized healthcare institution or hospital where you have worked or practiced.
Application Process
Follow these steps to apply:
- 1. Visit the Application Portal: Go to the official Community Midwifery application portal via the college’s website.
- 2. Create an Account: Click on "Sign Up" or "Create Account" to start registration. Enter your full name, email, and phone number accurately.
- 3. Complete the Registration Form: Provide details about your education, professional experience, and license information.
- 4. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your Community Nursing License, SSCE results, passport photograph, and birth certificate.
- 5. Payment: Pay the ₦20,000 (non-refundable) application fee and print your receipt for future reference.
- 6. Submit Your Application: After filling the form and making the payment, submit your application. A confirmation email with your application number will be sent to you.

The application fee is ₦20,000 (non-refundable). Additional bank or transaction charges may apply during payment.
